Since 1999, BCB has specialised in high pressure die casting and gravity casting processes. Totalling over 10,000 square metres, our two units in Galanta in Slovakia combine cutting-edge technology, know-how and technical skills to meet the specific needs of our customers in a broad range of sectors that include: automotive, electric motor, pump, gear motors, furnishing, gas industries and electrics.

The art of high pressure die casting
Each project has its own characteristics. BCB has several automated die-casting islands - from 400 to 1200 tons - which enable us to make products in small, medium and large series. The high production capacity of our units teams with the reliability of raw materials only from certified suppliers. But this is not enough for us: to achieve perfect results, each individual stage in the process is monitored by a specific software and by our quality control personnel.
Maximum flexibility with gravity casting
Experience accumulated over the years and the systems we have in our units ensure a high production capacity also for gravity casting. We can manage different volumes and alloys with great flexibility, in this way, we are able to deliver quality products at competitive prices that perfectly meet our customers’ technical, mechanical and aesthetic requirements.
Our finishes, our signature trademark
In our finishing division we have specific competences and tools that enable us to customise each individual product. We treat surfaces with shot blasting (tunnel, belt or cluster), tumbling, polishing or machining operations. To guarantee top results for you, we emphasise the human capital represented by our hard-working technicians and operators and the achievement of IATF 16949 certification is another step forward in our continual process of improvement. Our production units are therefore installed with the most advanced systems for protection and defence of the environment, as it is our responsibility to respect the world around us.
